Since balloons are a temporary and perishable item, we cannot guarantee the lifespan of balloons once they are dropped off/installed. Balloons can pop due to circumstances that are out of our control ie: wind, sharp objects, heat, cold, weather. Balloons are sensitive to the elements including sun, heat, cold and wind. If the weather, any other indoor/outdoor elements, you or someone else damages or releases balloons Event Elegance is not held responsible.
- If we pop your balloon, we will replace it.
- All balloon sales are final.
