Balloons can pop due to circumstances that are out of our control ie: wind, sharp objects, heat, cold, weather. Balloons are sensitive to the elements including sun, heat, cold and wind. If the weather, any other indoor/outdoor elements, you or someone else damages or releases balloons Event Elegance is not held responsible.
