Patrick BRUOT
Patrick was born in Golfe Juan. After his first début by Jacques Chibois and Alain Ducasse, he spent 6 years in New York as a chef at the Brasserie des Théâtres and The Mangeoire. On July 1997, he returned to Vence and opened his own restaurant “La farigoule”.
